Lol, such a poor performance, he isn't even up to reserve grade standard.

            The dropsies were bad.

But the defense on Sivo was criminally unRooster like.

For the young bloke it was just one of those nights Matt knows he played badly, Trent knows he played badly. His defensive mistakes were the result of effort let down by poor technique and inexperience.

The thing about our club culture is when things go bad for one of our team, the team will stand by you and have each other’s back and that’s what the young guys who come to our club can count on.

i am glad for everyone’s sake we didn’t lose. I hope he gets a chance to bounce back and show what he is capable of but he’s got some work to do in between time.

he had a shocking first half and didnt contribute much second half. But i hope we play him next week, i get the feeling we will, young fellas have a shocker sometimes, it happens. we won handsomely but injuries are becoming a worry. were 2/3 and probably look 100 % better then this time past year, with cronk, jwh friend injured.

Typical Chookpen response to someone having a bad night. The bloke has played about 5 games. In case anyone hadn’t noticed the NRL is a tough place to make a living. Young players are up and down and make mistakes, they need time to build confidence. The bloke is no long term first grader but is a useful backfill, remember he is third choice behind Morris and Hall. He is certainly better than Reece Robinson?

He had a shocker - no hiding it.
