The Jersey Flegg trial was played over four quarters and we made a lot of changes during those four quarters. What stood out for me is that we will have a very good Jersey Flegg side this year and it is a great pity that we will not see them in action prior to our first grade team playing on the same day/night. Egan Butcher is a gun and there are some also very good players in the side. Definitely, top four with a few more to come back into the squad such as Christian Tuipulou,Sam Verrills, Luca Moretti, Jake Hazzard and Fletcher Baker. Even though they only played 20 mins. or so you could see the class in Mackenzie Baker who has speed to burn, Bayley Bentley Hape, Harrison Edwards, Harry Larkin and Malachi Retchford who is a built like a brick shithouse with light feet !! Cannot wait to see them in action with their first choice team. Go you good things !!
