  • Latrell vs Manu tonight

going to be interesting to watch our two young gun centres going head to head, have read multiple stories this week about how intense the battle is between these two when they oppose each other at training.

Indeed. Should be a great contest.
Also looking for Teddy and Keary to go well on debut.

A familiar story. Give it to Latrell with a little room. Nice ball movement from Cordner. Easy try to Holmes. Must have been tempting for Latrell to go himself but he did the right thing.

                Are they drunk?

Latrell is giving Joey a lesson at the moment.

given his concussion history that isn't good for Keary.

Poor Luke in his first test. He won't remember it. A knockout blow on Proctor's knee. Gonski. He's got history on it Fletch? Hope his jaw's okay.

He had that serious concussion when he fractured his jaw in pre season. Other than that I don't recall any more.

Still, these things must be managed othetwise you'll end up as the next Liam Fulton or in present day terms, Sione Mata'utia.

The good news is that Keary is a half, who tend to avoid the heavy contact so I don't think it's a worry just yet.

Good effort by Joey. Managed to get the ball down under heavy defence of Latrell. This is turning into an absorbing contest. Could be an upset on the cards unless the Kangaroos can get some decent possession in field position.
