How do we beat the Dogs?
Send out 2 hit squads, one to demolish Crichton and the other to demolish Kikau.

If Collins is back who goes?
Is it steep, Foketi or Egan butcher?

I'm actually surprised that the Bulldogs are at the top of the table.

Best performance I've watched this season has been from the Storm who clicked into gear and demolished the Tigers last round.

The power game through the middle is where we can dominate this game. The Dogs have been pretty consistent, but haven't dominated a genuinely strong side. Flat track bullies? Maybe. If we play like we did in the last few games, we'll be more than competitive. If we are more than a little off on the day, they could seriously blow us away.

Reckon our halves are better, our forwards should match them. The edge forwards can be a handful.

Our centres and wingers need to be on their game but our 4 are pretty robust.

Reckon with a fair go we can get the job done.

the dawgs have played the Titts twice, parra, , merge, knights all bottom 4 teams then drongos beat them (highest of the lot on the ladder) and flogged an under manned rabble. they look good the dawgs and they have been strong in the nsw cup for a few years. if your lower grades do well i believe your first grade will also. looking and nz aswell. will be tough but definatly beatable. EASTS

Dogs have shown v broncos and first half of raiders if you match their intensity you have a chance

    look forward to
    toia v xerri
    b smith v critchon
    wong v Kikau

can Sandon back up his dragons performance?

sounds like Collins will be back - I presume he will be looking for a big game before SOO

also post this we have sharks who will have no SOO players out when we do plus raiders the week after who may only have 1 player in their so a tough run

    It’s simple.
Win the ruck, and the rest will be taken care of.

Win the ruck and play disciplined footy through the middle. Also if they can get to Mahoney, Sexton and Burton, then that it might create enough space to slice them up. The senior players need to lead the way.

    Then, Esky time

Will be all about defence, based on form the Dogs aren’t going to give us more than 2-3 tries so it’s all about keeping them to under 18pts, which based on our defensive showings so far this year I still think we are a long way off that.

I give us a better chance against the Raiders who can be vulnerable through patches in games but I struggle to see our path to victory in this one short of the Bulldogs self-imploding like they did against Brisbane, having 3 players sin binned and gifting penalties to us every set.

They're the team to beat this season and have a lot of runs on the board. Whereas, we're lucky to be mid-table given how we completely butchered a heap of easy games.

Um. How do we beat them? Haven't even seen the Doggiiiiz play so this will be an interesting test of where we're at.

Dogs play abit like the riff have
Big back 5 making big mtrs
smaller forward pack but fit and tackle everything

Watching them against broncos and raiders first half they can get off their game
You just need to match and override their intensity

I can't wait for this game!

    Their strengths.

Very fit and play a high tempo game.
    Stephen Crichton.
The competitions best sledger. No doubt he'll have something to say to Spencer.

    Our strengths.

    Too many to list.
