  • JWH 307 - FoxLeague Special

Really good watch, Cronk interviewing him, Trent & Nick. Last five minutes of it makes you so proud to be a Rooster, and even prouder to have Jaz at this club. Replay on @ 9pm.

Great tribute at the end. Fox/Cronk did a good job. We all know JWH derserves a 4th premiership ring, and watching that tonight one gets the feeling that we can definitely go all the way.

It brought a tear to my eye.

One gets the sense that something is brewing.
1985: 1 try vs Parramatta, 1 try vs Manly, 1 try vs Wests, 2 tries vs Souffs
1986: 2 tries vs Illawarra, 1 try vs Balmain, 2 tries vs Norths.

I don’t and will not subscribe to Fox. It’s great that others see the JWH special because he is so special.
It’s time the Roosters did their own weekly or twice weekly shows live stream with ex Roosters etc whilst discussing pertinent easts matters rather than the tabloid exploits of the NRL partners.
The social media team are doing a fine job.
A polished production to fit the image of the club and nothing like any Fox or Ch 9 show or even the poor Roosters radio which is so cringeworthy. These types of production have had their use by date.
Roosters TV live stream with ….. and next show will feature ….

We lost a wealth of experience when the likes of Boyd Friend Aubo all retired in quick succession but Jazz was there I thought, we will be ok, but now Jazz going along with Kez and Joey has left a gaping hole, not just physically the Roosters just won’t be the same without him, no player is bigger then the club but if there is an equal then Jarrod is the yardstick that every player has to live up to.

Countless times I’ve sat at home and watched us lose the ruck and the game along with it and I’d just scream at the tv get Jazz back on and he would turn the game back in our favour, or tighten the middle everyone grew another leg he leads the line with speed intensity and ferocity the likes we have have never seen before or may not ever see again.

Thank you Jazza Easts legend throw him in the immortal conversation he def has the credibility and all the accolades that go along with.

Nah the refs will make sure that doesn’t happen.
They have a vendetta against the Chooks.

The new stadium has really improved the Chooks image. When they brand it up with all the digital displays it looks like we own it. It's like something out of US sports.

Yes thirteen, i am aware of Roosters Radio and in fact i mentioned it as being cringeworthy.
The RR team hearts are in the right place but its such a poor production and their style of delivery so cliched, one trying to sound insightful like Roy Slaven. Its a cry for help!
They all need elocution lessons including the woman and lessons in how to dress. I saw a recent video and they looked shabby as anything and really dont represent the club in a good light. I get it they mean well, but they really need to brush up.
The club should do their own tv live stream production for its image which would benefit fans as to the latest news or even historical stories since 1908, and past players, rather than fans believing what they read via the various platforms of click bait tabloid released by the NRL/ Media partnership.
The other benefit is it could dispel all negativity created by the media who are making money off easts fans via bullshit click bait. That is why i will not subscribe to Fox and when unable to attend games i watch the broadcast with no audio. the callers are not commentators for they are a tabloid commentary team to add fuel to the week in between game tabloid stories.

Got Goosebumps in the end when it went into the sheds and the boys were chanting the team song after the victory against the Drags. Everyone is soaking it up and spraying each other with water and then the focus shifted to wrap up the show when both Robbo and JWH were asked about chasing a 4th premiership. They both remained cool and calm and didn't respond in a cocky manner but if you can see Robbo's response, you can see that he is quietly confident ... probably the same if not more than during the 2018/2019 campaigns. It was just the same vibe and buzz !

Just have to stay consistent, make sure everyone is fit and firing and I think the lads can finish off strong and send JWH off with another ring !
