I know we've got close to 2x weeks from the Vegas game and round #2 but I hope they manage the players well and we don't get down with jet lag and other fatigue related issues.


Also on a similar note, just bloody hope we don't have another typical slow start next season !

To the NRL's credit (dont often get to say that), the Vegas 4 play another Vegas team in Rd2 .....so the 4 teams can't complain about jetlag or travel disruptions for their first local game after Vegas.

I think having a smooth run with injuries is more important..

Even if Sam Walker comes out and plays like Thurston every week,it won’t help much if we keep getting decimated with injuries like the past few seasons.

I hope the club employs a good chaperone while the boys are in the states.

This is a real issue, the only time I have been locked up was when I went to the States with the Navy Rugby team.
Just look at the Cops wrong and you end up in cuffs.

I like it. Only 2 5 day turnarounds, no byes in the first half of the season & they’re nicely spaced for the back half. We only play Penrith once in the regular season. I think 8 of the first 13 would be a pass mark, if we get that, there’s no reason we can’t get 10 of the last 11. Finish with 42 points which should be in the top 4. Tough first 4 weeks, nobody panic if we only win 1 of them although I think we should get 2.
