  • Chicken burrito bowls with rice and a corn salsa tonight.

    • Domino's capriciosa and chicken supreme , yeah I know was lazy . Reputation is gone ,lol.

      • Take away tonight. Stir fried noodles with beef, pan fried pork and Chinese cabbage dumplings and steamed chicken and coriander dumplings.

            • Had crumbed lamb cutlets with mash and veges last night at Shoalhaven Heads bowling , lamb cutlets were perfect , still slightly pink inside and hardly any fat . Shared some nice honey soy chicken wings before that.

              • Tiger prawns and oysters bought at Greenwall Point today. Have plenty of nibbles so trying to work out whether the prawns and nibbles will be enough or to have some extra meat we bought for a BBQ or getting pizza grom the local pizza place.

                • Oven baked cornflake crumbed chicken tenders, potato chats with butter and chives and steamed broccoli.

                  • Tomaito, caramilised oniion and fetta sausages beef and vege risolles, grilled zuchhini, mushroom , potato and onions in beer on the BBQ, so nice to be able to sit outside again for dinner. Wynns shiraz is going down nicely with it.

                      We used to have empires run by emperors. Then we had kingdoms run by kings.

                        • Tonight was Thai Green Curry Chicken with the spice tailor recipe base on steamed jasmine rice infused with cardamon pods . My own fresh birdseye chilli's 3 with half a teaspoon of Carolina reaper/ ghost chilli powder added . Garlic naan bread to soak up the sauce . It was hot and delicious !

                            Sounds HOT! Too hot for me. But apart from the extra chilli sounds delicious.

                            • It's beautiful without the extra spice . I added diced baby jacket potato ,and carrot as well . I'm a chilli fiend but it is very good without it MR

                              • Just had a perfectly cooked medium rare steak with chps and salad at the Shoalhaven Heads pub , the Ingolby shiraz to go with it while looking across the water was perfect . So nice being away amd reflecting on some of the dead wood i have cut from my life and then heading to the next exciting chapter of life heading into retirement.
